Ashley deHaan

Ashley deHaan is Sr. Manager, Operations Program Implementation - Plumbing with Enercare where she manages both the Water Treatment and Electrical teams.  She has been with Enercare for almost 16 years, starting as a part-time dispatcher in the plumbing department while in University and working her way up. She has also spent time in Install and Service Planning, back-office billing, collections, sales, and most recently, Field Operations. Ashley’s dad owned his own home renovation company when she was growing up, to which she attributes much of what she knows about the trade industry. Through all of their hard work, Ashley developed a deeper appreciation for trade knowledge that has translated to her career at Enercare.
