    • Please sign up for My Account and set up pre-authorized debit.
If you have a 10-digit account number on the top of your bill:
  • Due to the possible work stoppage by Canada Post, any pre-authorized payment form sent by mail may experience delays in receipt and processing.

This process normally takes 1-2 billing cycles to be completed. Your pre-authorized payments will be active when you see the ***Pre-Authorized Payment Notice*** listed on your bill. Once active, your account balance will be withdrawn from your bank account or charged to your credit card, as applicable, on the due date listed on your bill. Please continue to make your monthly payments in the meantime.
  • Due to the possible work stoppage by Canada Post, cheque payments sent by mail may experience delays in receipt and processing, potentially resulting in late fee charges.

To ensure your payments are received on time and to avoid late fee charges, See “How can I pay my bill FAQ” on other payment options.

If you are unable to make a payment by the due date, please call us a 1-855-642-8607 and choose Billing to notify us.
