Residential customers will receive: (a) a $3,500 prepaid credit card for a new installation of select heat pump models with a total installed cost greater than $18,000; (b) a $2,000 prepaid credit card for a new installation of select heat pump models with a total installed cost between $10,001 and $18,000; or (c) a $1,000 prepaid credit card for a new installation of select heat pump models with a total installed cost between $5,000 and $10,000.
