He began his career at D&K Heating 23 years ago providing customers with solutions to their home comfort problems. His areas of expertise include, all genres of fireplaces, boiler systems, indoor air quality, furnaces, air conditioning, heating/cooling calculations, duct design, heat pumps, water softeners, and water filtration systems. Shaun is a results oriented professional who’s dedication to his customers is unwavering. As a husband, father and homeowner, he understands the trials and tribulations of home ownership and how intimidating it is to rely on the advice of a newcomer. He is passionate about developing and maintaining strong relationships centered on trust with each of his clients. Brendan began his career with Union Energy, now Reliance Home Comfort, in 1998. Brendan’s first role as a Residential HVAC Sales Representative highlighted his ability to build long-term customer relationships, which led to him being promoted in Contractor Market Management, Branch Management, and Operational Management. Over his career, Brendan has led numerous business units with a focus on customer service and process improvement. Brendan graduated from Business Sales & Marketing, Loyalist College and has completed extended business courses at York University – Schulich School of Business and St. Lawrence College, Kingston Ontario. Brendan has been a member of the Kingston Home Builders Association and has volunteered for both the United Way and the Church Athletic League. In his personal time, Brendan enjoys fishing with his son and spending time with family and friends.
