With Touch ID, you can open and access the Enercare Smarter Home mobile app instead of entering a passcode each time.
How to enable Touch ID for your mobile phone:
- Click the drop-down menu to expand the options, scroll down and click on ‘App Settings’
- Select ‘Touch ID & Passcode’
- Touch the second slider corresponding to ‘Touch ID’ to the ‘on’ position. You will be prompted to enter a digital passcode. Once that passcode is entered, the Touch ID is activated. Moving forward, to open the app you can either enter the passcode OR use the Touch ID on your phone
