Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Scheduled for Thursday, April 26, 2018

("ISS") and Glass, Lewis & Co., LLC, leading independent proxy advisory firms, recommend that the Company’s shareholders vote FOR all the resolutions at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 26, 2018. At the meeting, shareholders will consider resolutions to elect the nominated directors and re-appoint the Company’s external auditors.
