TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – July 22, 2013) – EnerCare Inc. ("EnerCare") (TSX:ECI) today announced a cash dividend of $0.057 per common share for the month of July 2013. The dividend will be payable on August 30, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2013. This dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
