("Stratacon"), signed an Energy Services contract with GWL Realty Advisors Inc. to provide electricity sub-metering services for a 329 suite multi-residential property in Toronto. "This agreement speaks to the increasing demand for energy conservation through sub-metering and Stratacon's growth potential," said John Macdonald, President and Chief Executive Officer. "We look forward to providing GWL Realty Advisors' tenants with the same level of quality service enjoyed by all of our customers." In August 2008, the Fund acquired Stratacon to provide additional growth and entry into markets across Canada. Stratacon is engaged principally in providing the equipment and services to allow "smart" sub-metering and remote measurement of electricity, heat and water consumption in individual units in apartment buildings and condominiums. The equipment and services are provided under long-term contracts with customers.
