The distribution will be payable on April 30, 2009 to Unitholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2009. About The Consumers' Waterheater Income Fund The Fund owns a portfolio of approximately 1.4 million installed water heaters and other assets, rented primarily to residential customers in Ontario.
