The distribution will be payable on May 29, 2009 to unitholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2009. About The Consumers' Water heater Income Fund The Fund owns a portfolio of approximately 1.4 million installed water heaters and other assets, rented primarily to residential customers in Ontario.
