If you have a 10-digit account number:- Log into our Enercare Billing Portal to update your billing information.
- Call us at 1-855-642-8607 and an agent will be able to assist you.
- We are not able to merge accounts in our billing system at this time.
- Eligible First Nations individuals can contact us at 1-855-642-8607 to provide proof of status and proof of delivery/installation.
Billing & Payment Configuration
- Please call us at 1-855-642-8607 to consolidate your account. Keep in mind, accounts for different properties may be migrating at different times between April and October 2024. We can assure you that all of your accounts will be migrated by October 2024.
- If you currently receive one Enercare monthly bill but require your properties to be billed separately, call us at 1-855-642-8607 for assistance.
